When the Curtains Close

When the curtains close
Will we still be friends?

When the curtains close
Will we still make amends?

When the curtains close
Will it bring much to our resentment?

When the curtains close
You and I both know that that is not what it meant

When I close the curtains
Everything will come to an end
Even the divisions we can never seem to mend

When you close the curtains
I have no clue on how am I supposed to take it
So darling don't you ever think of doing such thing even just for a bit

Where the Love Lasts Forever

And forever I will sing
Lord, forever I will sing
Of how you gave Your life away
Just to save me,
Lord, You saved me.

Movie Review: The Adjustment Bureau

I've seen this movie like a million times weeks ago. The story is really epic.
The genre of the movie is a unique combination of Sci-Fi and Romance. I guess it's the reason why I loved it.

David Norris (Matt Damon) runs as a senate in the state of New York at the very young age of 24. He then met a beautiful lady, Elise (Emily Blunt), and he fell hopelessly in love her. It was almost like a love at first sight. The Adjustment Bureau, on the other hand, is a group of people who lives a little more than the normal people. They wear a certain type of hat that allows them to go through doors which transports them to a different place -somewhere farther. They make sure that David's life, specifically, go with 'the plan'. And according to 'the plan', he is not destined to be with Elise. The Adjustment Bureau warned him though. If he chooses to stay with Elise, her future will be ruined. He had no choice; he had to leave her. After eleven months, David found out that Elise was about to get married with some other guy. Of course he had to go after her, and so he did.
He risked everything for Elise, even almost his career; and she risked everything for David -she went with him regardless of the circumstances.
The Adjustment Bureau was manipulating their lives the entire time. The moment they fought for their free will, they were finally destined to be together, still according to 'the plan'.

Overall rating: 7.5 out of 10

I loved Emily Blunt and her British accent ever since I watched this movie.

Here's to the last four months of 2011

Wow. I hardly noticed it. It's already the month of September. The "Ber months" had already started today. You know what that means? It means that this year, 2011, is about to have its take off. I don't know what kept me so occupied and busy to not notice this. I guess school did.
I remember last year, 2010, it passed by very very quickly. It was already half a year, and it only felt like three months. But this year is much quicker. It's expected already though. We'll be more busy with school works since we're seniors now. Now we're more busy, we didn't realize that December is coming near and near.

For the last four months of this year, I'll definitely make it last. I'll write down every detail that happened in each day. I wouldn't care now if this year pass by quicker, as long as I am enjoying it and making it last.

Starting now, I mean tomorrow, I'll avoid even the little fights and misunderstandings with my classmates, though I know it's inevitable; nevertheless, I will still try because it's one way of enjoying my last year with them. I only have less than eight months to cherish every moment with my classmates for crying out loud.

So, September, October, November, and December, please be good.

Thanks.

BTW: I love the new face of Blogger.

How 'Perfect' is Spelled

Love found, love lost, love found again —this is what happened to Nicole and Kyle. They fell in love with each other when she was in fourth grade and when he was in sixth grade. It all happened back in the year of 2007 when they were preparing for our Christmas presentation in the coming December in our church.
They were young back then and in love —she was 9, and he was 11. They were rather naive.
Few months after our Christmas presentation, Kyle’s family had to move, so going to their church on Sundays was a little hard for him. He still go to our church a month after they moved, but after that, ‘farewell, Kyle’.
He left her. Us, his friends, even.
They never saw each other again. No connection whatsoever.
As the years pass by, she fell in love with someone else, but, apparently, they never last. And, he might have probably fell in love with other girls too. Or girl, for that matter.
And now, after nearly four years, he came back. He was physically different, and he has really changed. They, even she didn't know what has gone up to him to go back and attend our church again. Wait, but I do. Nicole.
He went back like, a month ago or two. He used the element of surprise.
It’s just really unbelievable. I mean, they were kids! Now, everything they had before is coming back to them. Now, they aren’t kids anymore. I believe they’re mature enough now.
Imagine if they get married when the time is right. I imagine them telling their unrealistic yet real love story to their kids. And their story will be told to generations after generations of their clan. I seriously envy that kind of story.
If their relationship dies, I will be really depressed.

A True Story.
